DELIVERY & DELIVERY CHARGES
ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 2 - 5 WORKING DAYS. WHILE WE AIM TO DISPATCH AS SOON AS THE ORDER IS RECIEVED, THERE MAY BE SOME DELAYES DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS.
All orders on the website will only be delivered within New Zealand. All orders over $100NZD will be dispatched Freight Free till further notice to a physical address in North and South Island. Additional delivery charges to the islands may apply.
All delivery orders must be supplied with a physical postal address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We deliver goods through reliable national courier companies and signatures are required for delivery.
In case of larger shipments, a freight company will be engaged and a tracking number will be emailed to you after dispatch.
Tool Junction Ltd will not refund any losses incurred from the customer selecting their own delivery method/agent.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customers have the right to return any good deemed faulty in nature. The following conditions apply to returned items:
- Where goods are being returned due to a fault, they must be in original condition.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact Tool Junction Ltd within 7 days of receiving the product.
